  • Special Needs Payroll Invoicing

    Beginning with the November, 2014 Special Needs Payroll, with only limited exceptions, Dane County Human Services will be requiring all providers to submit invoices for services provided. A Standard Invoice Form and related Completion Procedures are available for providers who don't currently have their own invoice form.
